Workshop Description

Compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025 depends on more than reading the law. It also depends on the systems, workflows and controls that put it into practice. It covers applicability, consent and notice, data principal rights, children’s data, cookies, vendor management, ROPA, DPIA, data discovery, retention, breach management, cross-border transfers, and HR data compliance. Designed for DPOs, legal and compliance professionals, CISOs, IT, HR, product, engineering teams, auditors, and founders, the programme also explores AI-driven compliance automation, breach detection, SIEM integration, and anomaly monitoring, helping participants translate regulatory requirements into practical organisational controls.
