Subhakar Rudra has recently joined WPIL Ltd. as their Chief Information Officer (CIO). Previously he was working as the CIO at Titagarh where he was responsible for overseeing digital aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. He was also responsible for Monitoring system infrastructure, quality assurance data protection processes, and much more.
Subhakar Rudra is an IT Business Partner and Digital transformation leader with more than 23+ years of experience in various industry verticals (B2B, B2C) – Manufacturing, Healthcare & IT Consultancy. He Derived Digital initiatives in partnership with CXOs to support the sustainable business roadmap of the Organization, adapting to rapidly changing environments to ensure bottom-line success. He has rich experience in the implementation & management of Enterprise IT applications (SAP, HIMS, etc.), IT infrastructure, Information Security, IT Governance & Compliance, Cloud & Mobility.
His new responsibilities as a CIO at WPIL Ltd. include:
- Responsible for enabling the business to run more efficiently, through technology.
- Entrusted to streamline, draw a long-term digital strategy and road map for ERP, IT Infrastructure, Information Security management, and technology.
- To create the digital backbone and execute digital strategy across the value chain with a sharp focus on growth, risk mitigation, and engagement.
- Good contacts with Law & Enforcement, Cyber Crime Cell & Various Govt Agencies
- Digital Risk Management
In past, he has worked with PCS Technology Ltd., Usha Martin Limited, CK Birla Hospitals, Titagarh, and currently he is leading WPIL Ltd.
