Bharat Panchal makes his leadership movement from FIS Global to Discover Financial Services. After working for FIS Global for 2 years as a Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Bharat Panchal has joined Discover Financial Services as their Chief Industry Relations & Regulatory Officer – India.

Bharat Panchal started his career as a Quality system admin in AVAYA Globalconnect Ltd in 1992 and continued there for eight consecutive years. Previously, he has also worked with many eminent firms like Contech Software Ltd, Reliance Communications, Citi Technology Services, Kotak Mahindra Bank, National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI), PCI Security Standards Council, Indian Investors Federation, Sri Sri School of Cyber Peace at Sri University. In the past few years of his career, his responsibilities included leading the testing team, Head –Business Continuity & Compliance Risk, Responsible for the management, development, and implementation of the internal audit function, etc.
